Who in the world am I? Ah, that's the great puzzle.
Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll

I am a Brazilian astrophysicist, amateur sci-fi writer, and data scientist with a passion for problem-solving in all its forms. Among my collaborators, you'll find astronomers, physicists, statisticians, computer scientists, philosophers, musicians, biologists, medical doctors, and social scientists.

I have a deep appreciation for poetry, classic literature, cinema, table tennis, and sports in general. Originally from the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro,  my career has taken me to work in diverse countries, including Japan, Germany, South Korea, Hungary, the USA, China, and England. These experiences have given me a profound understanding of the value of diversity.

In 2014, I founded the Cosmostatistics Initiative, where we transform data into scientific discoveries using cutting-edge statistical models. Our most valuable asset is the community we have built: a judgment-free space where interdisciplinarity and diversity are our greatest strengths.
